FBI Releases Hillary Clinton Investigation Bombshell

The State Department recently released new information concerning the 2016 investigation of Hillary Clinton.

Refresh my memory. What (or which!) Clinton investigation are we talking about? In 2016, the FBI investigated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after “it was discovered that Clinton had conducted official government business using an unsecured email server and email accounts while Secretary of State. Her top aides and advisers, also used the non-‘state.gov’ email account to contact her and/or conduct official business.”

The FBI was not able to secure all of Clinton’s emails, partly due to the scurrying of Clinton’s staff to erase any condemning evidence. The final reports suggest that while Clinton’s use of personal email for government business was unwise and careless, the information the FBI had did not implicate Clinton for putting the nation’s security at risk.

What is the latest? According to PJ Media:

Judicial Watch on Thursday released new State Department documents that reveal for the first time that during the Clinton email investigation in 2016 the FBI convened a grand jury to investigate Hillary Clinton. According to a top FBI official, investigators were still unsuccessful in their attempts to obtain archived copies of Clinton’s old emails.

“The FBI…obtained grand jury subpoenas related to the Blackberry e-mail accounts, which produced no responsive materials, as the requested data was outside the retention time utilized by those providers,” FBI Assistant Director for the Counterintelligence Division E.W. Priestap wrote in a declaration filed Monday in federal court in Washington.”

Why is this all coming to surface now? That’s a great question. And something Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton also wants to know. “It is disturbing,” Fitton commented, “that the State Department, Justice Department and FBI are still trying to protect Hillary Clinton. President Trump needs to clean house at all these agencies.”

Clean the house. Drain the swamp. Whatever you have to do.

Just make sure that smelly cat called Clinton doesn’t return.
